Roger Newman is a Human Resources Specialist and Organisation Development Consultant based in Sussex.

Formerly one of the country’s leading Investors in People Practitioners and has worked with that Standard since 1992.

His clients include private and public sector organisations, nationals and mulitinationals, charities and government departments. He also works with other national standards including Lexcel.

In additional to his professional qualifications, Roger has a compassionate and conciliatory approach and an innovative ability for problem solving. He has a keen eye for opportunity and has been involved in fundraising.

He has traveled extensively and has a particular interest in trekking regions, having tackled mountains in South America, Africa and Australia as well as Nepal, which he first visited in 1999. He is also a regular visitor to the English Lake District.
